Our Early Years Virtual School is designed to be flexible for both pupils and families. We have a variety of provision that you can access depending on your needs, your child and your circumstances:

 

• Pre-recorded daily greeting session with your teacher for access 24 hours a day 

• Live daily Zoom meeting with your child's key group at 8.00 am
• Daily slide of suggested activities for you to access and complete at home
• Individual and personalised feedback on home learning entries on Tapestry
• Additional small group Zoom meeting offered by invitation

It is most important that the children are engaging, staying active and having fun during times of uncertainty like this. Our activities are intentionally designed to get children up and moving whilst allowing for time away from screens as much as possible.

 

We understand that many parents are working or busy with other things so please don't be worried if you cannot complete all the tasks or access all virtual learning materials on the same day. We have provided these platforms to enable your child's learning journey to continue uninterrupted.

 

Finally, don't worry if you don't have all the resources needed for the activities. Please feel free to adapt the activity and be as creative as you like with the things you have in your house.
